SHIPPING AND COVID-19

• Due to COVID-19 related factors and shipping constraints, some items are subject to extended processing and shipping timelines. Please read below for more information.
• Our oversized rugs are shipped via LTL curbside and upon dispatch will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to get to your home; these include our rug sizes:
  13'2" x 9'6"
  13'2" x 9'10"
  
• The shipping time frame presented on each product reflects the estimated processing time before the item leaves our warehouse. Once items are in transit, you will receive a notification and non-oversized rugs should reach your home in a week; however, depending on your location it may take an additional 1-2 weeks.
• Currently, deliveries are contactless, however our courier partners may need to see ID to deliver your item. For this reason, we recommend being at home at the scheduled delivery time. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Rural and island deliveries have limited routes and delivery times may take longer than usual.
