How to re-package my rug for return.

Please open your rug carefully and save all wrapping. Using the original packaging is the easiest way to ensure your return meets our shipping requirements.

To return a rolled rug, please ensure the pile (top side) is rolled facing inward. Roll tightly, using original packaging whenever possible, securing all seams with packing tape. If using alternative plastic wrapping, ensure both ends of the roll are reinforced and firmly sealed with tape to prevent damage in transit. Having a second person to assist can be helpful.

For a boxed rug, ensure the rug is folded correctly and returned to its original packaging. All box corners and edges must be reinforced with packing tape to ensure the package remains secure throughout the shipping process

Final step.

Final step.

Take a picture once your rug has been wrapped, and upload to our Returns Portal for approval by our Customer Care Team. A shipping label will be generated, which will need to be printed and secured to the packaged rug with packing tape. Ensure you cover any old shipping labels with the new label and/or cross off the old shipping labels with a marker.

Note: Please keep all product barcodes visible and do not cover with the new shipping label

Should the packaging fail to meet our standard requirements or arrive damaged due to inadequate re-packaging, the return may be rejected. All returns are subject to approval and will be assessed upon arrival in our warehouse.
